We break it out, load it, and haul it off — parking lots, aprons, private roads and driveways — and leave you a subgrade that is actually ready to be paved, not a lot full of broken pieces someone else has to deal with. Asphalt is heavier than it looks and it is the hauling that catches people out: a small lot is still a lot of tons. Because the trucks are ours, breaking it out and getting rid of it is one price from one crew instead of a demo bill and a separate disposal bill.
