We handle rough grade early in a build, final grade at the end before sod or seed, and land grading on acreage that's never been shaped. Pads are the other half of it: house pads, shop and barn pads, mobile home pads and driveway prep, cut and compacted so what goes on top of them sits level and stays level. Builders use us because the haul-off and the grade come off one invoice instead of two.
